Installation and System Start-Up
we offer several equipment installation options tailored to
fit your individual situation and budget. Most commonly, our
engineers are present to assist your personnel in final system
assembly and initial equipment start-up. By participating in
equipment installation, your personnel become familiar with
system assembly, operation and maintenance.
And because our equipment arrives factory pre-assembled, installation
of even the most sophisticated systems can be accomplished in
just a few days. In some cases, when your plant personnel are
unavailable to assist with equipment installation, we can quote
a "turnkey" or "modified turnkey" installation.
Equipment Training
Training is critical to the success of any operation. Once your
system is installed, we will conduct a comprehensive training
workshop at your facility to assure that all personnel understand
the proper use and maintenance of your new system. After completion
of our workshop training, your plant personnel will be capable
of operating your new system to achieve the highest degree of
finish quality and system efficiency.
After-Sale
Service and Support
Only after the system has been installed and operating for a
period of time can you realize the full benefit of being our
customer. In addition to efficient, reliable, system performance,
you will receive support from the industry's most committed
and knowledgeable customer service and technical support team.
Southern Supply's after-sales support is second to none in the
industry. In addition, our staff of trained technical specialists
stand ready to assist you and can usually be in your plant.
Our Customer Support Center is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Service Contract
In order to achieve the highest requirement for your production
speed and products’ quality, you must have your equipment
operating at its optimum performance. Our service contract can
be constructed to help reducing you from accidentally break-down
time such as, glue clock, powder pump fail, etc.
To construct the service contract, our sales representatives
are available to assist and advise you for reaching the best
agreement to suit with your equipment and your production schedule
time.
