 There
are a lot of applications that can be finished by powder, although
some applications are needed more process, such as MDF board
that requires pre-heat process to make the products becoming
more electrical conducted, than liquid finishing process. 
However, powder finishing process is very easy to operate and
the powder materials can be recovered and re-used, which in
turn the production cost would be reduced noticeably. Regardless
of the coating material,  Nordson
electrostatic spray systems deliver consistent results of improved
operating efficiency, increased productivity, and reduced material
and labor costs. In addition to approach the optimum result,

which are line-speed, conveyor
