เครื่องพิมพ์
Ink-Jet รุ่น JET 2 SE มีความเร็วสูง และสามารถใช้กับงานได้หลายประเภท
ตั้งแต่ ใช้พิมพ์ข้อมูลลงบนไข่โดยใช้หมึกประเภท Food Graded,
พิมพ์วันที่สินค้าหมดอายุลงบนบรรจุภัณฑ์ หรือ แม้แต่จะใช้ในงานพิมพ์บนสายไฟโดยใช้หมึกสีต่างๆ
เช่น สีขาวหรือสีเหลือง โดยระยะเวลาแห้งตัวของหมึก(บางชนิด) บนแก้ว,
พลาสติก หรือเหล็กนั้นน้อยกว่า 1 วินาที
การพิมพ์ความเร็วสูงนี้ใช้ระบบ
CIJ (Continuous Inkjet) สามารถพิมพ์ลงบนพื้นผิวแบบต่างๆ เช่น
รูปโค้ง รูปคลื่น หรือขรุขระ รวมถึงแม้ต้องตั้งหัวพิมพ์ให้มีระยะทางใกล้-ไกลจากชิ้นงานได้
ตามที่ต้องการ โดยยังคงรักษาคุณภาพของงานที่พิมพ์ให้อยู่ในระดับที่ท่านพอใจ
เครื่องพิมพ์ Lei binger ใช้งานง่าย โดยตั้งค่าต่างๆผ่านหน้าจอแบบสัมผัส(Touch
Screen) และระบบการสั่งงานที่ถูกออกแบบให้ง่ายต่อผู้ใช้งาน
เมื่อเริ่มกดปุ่มเปิดเครื่อง
หัวพ่นหมึกจะเลื่อนเปิดเพื่อเตรียมตัวสำหรับการพิมพ์งาน ซึ่งเครื่องพิมพ์จะพร้อมใช้งานภายในเวลาเพียง
1 นาที โดยไม่ต้องมีการล้างระบบใดๆทั้งสิ้น (ไม่ต้อง Auto flush
หรือ Auto clean ) ซึ่งเทคโนโลยีแบบใหม่นี้นั้นมีอยู่ในเครื่องพิมพ์
Lei binger เท่านั้น
เมื่อต้องการเลิกใช้งาน
สิ่งที่ทางผู้ใช้งานต้องทำมีแค่เพียงกดปุ่มเพียงปุ่มเดียวเท่านั้น
หัวพ่นหมึกก็จะได้รับการป้องกันจากอากาศภายนอก ทำให้หมึกไม่มีการแห้งคาหัวฉีดอีกทั้งทุกจุดภายในระบบเครื่องพิมพ์ของ
Lei binger นั้น ได้รับการออกแบบมาเป็นอย่างดีเพื่อป้องกันผลกระทบจากภายนอกไม่ให้เกิดการรั่วซึมใดๆ
ในระบบ ดังนั้นท่านไม่จำเป็นต้องหัวฉีด ล้างระบบ หรือใช้เทคนิคแบบเก่า
(Auto flush หรือ Auto clean ) ใดๆ อีก ไม่ว่าท่านจะหยุดใช้งานเครื่องไปนานเท่าใดก็ตาม

สามารถใช้งานกับตัววัดรอบ(shaft encoder) ได้ (สำหรับไลน์ผลิตที่มีความเร็วไม่สม่ำเสมอ
มีสัญญาณเตือนๆต่างๆ แจ้งให้ทราบ เช่น หมึกต่ำ หรือเครื่องมีปัญหา

more products as stock cubes or convenience food are filled
besides the llquid seasoning Maggi
Immediate ready to print by starting the word, long maintenance
intervais and low service costs have been decisive by choosing
a new marking system.
In the meantime the Leibinger LJ2SE printer is used universally
in the plant in Singen at the botteling machines to print
on Maggi bottles, plastic or cardboard boxes well as on
bags and sales displays.
