In liquid automatic applciations, we provide you very wide range
of automatic process from airless system to air-spray system.
With the use of electrostatic technology, our equipment can
reduce your cost by improving the system efficiency. Inaddition,
we also provide Rotary Atomizing (RA) technolgy for highly cost
effective very
Our products can be shown as below: 1)
RA 20
The
production-proven, patented Nordson RA-20 and RA-20R rotary
atomizers deliver painting efficiency and superior finishing
quality and operating safety for a wide range of finishing applications.
With no minimum sparking distance, they can be positioned close
to parts for optimal
coverage and minimal overspray. The fine atomization and soft
spray apply thin, controllable film builds with minimal paint
bounceback.
With an internal powder supply (IPS), the RA-20R rotary atomizer
features lightweight, flexible low-voltage cables
that experience less wear in robotic applications.
• Close-in painting for superior performance
• Excellent spray-pattern control
• Sprays a variety of coating materials
• Air-bearing turbine ensures reliability
• FM-listed as non-incendiary
• Patented atomizing cup design for operating versatility
• Choice of power supplies for operating flexibility
• Easy retrofit to existing painting systems
The close-in painting capability of the Nordson RA-20 and RA-20R
rotary atomizers deliver many performance and cost-saving advantages
over conventional painting bells:
• Reduced overspray for less waste and lower paint costs
• Excellent transfer efficiency
• Superior penetration into corners and recesses
• Fine paint atomization for a smooth finish
• Better control of film builds
• Reduces manual touch-up on complex-shaped parts
• Dramatically increased productivity
• Lower VOC emissions
• Cleaner operation and reduced booth maintenance costs
2) Non-Electric Spray Guns
2.1) A7A Airless Spray Gun
The Nordson Model A7A automatic airless spray guns deliver maximum
reliability in high-production airless painting, sealant and
adhesive applications. Nordson airless systems, with A7A guns,
produce fine atomization and a soft, controllable spray to deliver
excellent finish quality with minimal overspray.
Air-actuated A7A guns provide fast response time (30 to 40 milliseconds)
and high-speed cycling capability (up to 2500 cycles per minute),
and are ideal for coating situations requiring precise material
application.
• Fast cycling with positive cutoff provides precise operation
with minimal dripping and spitting
• Rugged construction minimizes downtime and maintenance
costs
• Available in single-, dual-chamber, and dual-chamber
angled models, and can be used in either non-circulating or
circulating heated airless applications
• Aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel models
• Uses Nordson Cross-Cut and dome nozzles for effective
atomization of hard-to-atomize coatings for minimal paint waste
• Mounts to 1/2" round bar for fast, easy installation
2.2) A7AA Air-Assisted Airless Spray Gun
The Nordson Model A7AA air-assisted airless gun is a compact,
high-speed, automatic spray gun designed to spray viscous and
hard-to-atomize coatings in high-production automatic spraying
applications. The gun is available in non-circulating or circulating
versions when installed in heated systems, or in production
situations when continuous circulation of fluids is desirable.
• Compact, simple design ensures easy installation, reliable
operation and low maintenance costs
• Carbide ball and seat design provides long life and
easy replacement for reduced maintenance and downtime costs
• Flexible application allows for use with cold or heated
systems
• Rugged construction ensures maximum online production
capability, and low downtime and maintenance costs
• Increased painting control reduces runs and sags to
ensure better coating quality on small or irregular parts
• Low pressure operation minimizes overspray, reducing
painting costs and equipment wear, and lowers booth maintenance
and disposal costs
• Standard with Nordson Cross-Cut nozzles provide improved
atomization and precise paint distribution 3)
Kinetix Electrostatic Spray Systems
Nordson Kinetix electrostatic spray systems are designed to
deliver superior application performance with a variety of substrates,
coatings and part profiles. Kinetix systems feature air spray,
airless spray, air-assisted airless and KVLP technologies for
both automatic and manual applications, including waterborne.
Kinetix technology optimizes the key mechanics of spraying –
including electrostatic power, air energy, fluid pressure, and
dynamic motion. The synergy of these elements created by Kinetix
delivers results: superior transfer efficiency; increased capacity
with less scrap and rework costs; and improved operator comfort
in manual applications for reduced material waste and improved
finish quality.
Kinetix Atomization Technologies are:
- Kinetic KVLP
• True electrostatic HVLP technology
• Large air passages deliver maximum air energy to the
tip for easier atomization and larger flow rates
• 62 fluid tip and air cap combinations provide optimum
KVLP settings
• Extreme fan pattern control – 4 to 20 inches (GRAPHIC)
- Kinetix AAA
• Soft-spray technology means proprietary Cross-Cut nozzles
with precise air-assist
• Fine atomization and very slow particle velocity deliver
superior transfer efficiency
- Kinetix Air Spray
• Large air passages provide maximum air energy at the
tip for easier atomization
• 54 fluid tip and air cap combinations provide optimum
air spray settings
• Extreme fan pattern control – 4 to 20 inches
- Kinetix Airless
