The Nordson nozzle flow-rate tester quickly identifies worn
and partially plugged can-coating nozzles, improving quality
control for two-piece can-coating operations.
The off-line system supplies water at a constant pressure to
the nozzle for a predetermined time interval. The amount of
water collect in a supplied beaker is compared to a reference
chart listing optimum flow rates for specific orifice sizes.
