featuring a large ball-and-seat and larger flow paths.

Choose a RTD (resistance tamperature detector) sensor or a
preset themostatic temperature sensor compatible with older
melters that do not use RTD sensing.

• Dispense adhisive from up or down apply gun positions.
• Control on-off air and adhesive flow simultaneously
with
single handgun trigger.
• Reduce temperature fluctuations that could negatively
affect
flow and cause char formation using RTD sensing.

200 Handgun
FP-200 handguns minimize physical stress and fatigue when
manually applying hotmelt adhesives. Weight supported design
and ergonomic configuration allow operators to maintain a neutral
wrist position. FP-200 handguns are ideal for horizontal gluing
applications on flat panels.

ClassicBlue guns feature EasyOn? module mounting and are direct
replacements for Nordson H-200 series guns. Gun modules are
fully rebuildable and single, multi-module and special guns
are built from the same platform for better system compatibility
ClassicBlue hot melt dispensing guns are available in three
styles:
• Standard gun: Air-open/spring-close(AO/SC) with ball
and seat
• Reduced Cavity gun: Air-open/spring-close(AO/SC) with
needle and seat
• Zero Cavity gun: Air-open/spring-close(AO/SC) with
nozzle and needle

Electric Gun
All-electric e.dot guns provide precise, high-speed dot placement,
quiet operation and a long service life in a compact size.
These guns are ideal for applications requiring small dots
of hotmelt adhesive, such as ciqarette tax stamps, couponing,
chocolate wrapping, small carton flap sealing beverage cap
tipping and pharmaceutical packaging.
- Install quickly and easily using minimal space.
- Minimize stringing or tailing with integrated nozzle/seat
designed to apply only hotmelt adhesive dots.
- Achieve accurate do placement up to speeds of 168 meters
per minute(550 fpm)
