For electrostatic manual process, there are , mainly, two types
of manual applicators provided to the market, which are:
1) Econo-coat Manual Spray Applicator
 The
Nordson Econo-Coat manual spray system combines
production-proven powder spray gun and control technology and
performance with a rugged, two-wheel dolly and electric vibratory
box feeder to provide an exceptionally affordable and versatile
powder coating package.
The patented angled box cradle design enables virtually all
of the powder to be pumped out of the box. This eliminates powder
waste, and the mess of transferrring powder to another box,
associated with conventional box feeder systems.
• Control unit features simple, easy-to-use controls for
setting pneumatic and electrostatic parameters

provides operator-selectable, product-specific coating modes
that deliver optimal coating performance for a variety of different
powder coati ng
applications. Select Charge? technology allows the user to choose
the ideal application parameters for high levels of coating
quality, efficiency and consistency.
The Sure Coat gun incorporates several features for superior
performance and operating comfort: a handle-mounted purge button
minimizes the potential for powder build-up and surging: two
gun lengths and two handle inserts maximize operating comfort
and versatility.
• Automatic Feedback Current (AFC) control
provides unmatched performance across the widest range of part
profiles
• "Constant-read" gauges on the control display
