Nordson resistance temperature detector (RTD) style hot melt hoses are the industry standard for consistent temperature control and safe operation. A new advancedtechnology design has a smaller profile and increased durability using Nomexฎ aramid insulation. This advanced design is unmatched in performance, durability and safety.

• Unlike point sensing devices, area sensors provide a truer indication by measuring temperatures over a greater expanse. Point sensors are position sensitive and affected by contact with other surfaces.
• Area sensors use temperature averaging over a set hose length to generate a reliable reading of hot melt temperature.
